In the glass you will see a wine of deep crimson red. The aromas show beautiful dark red fruit scents with subtle spice notes. The palate is very rich, expressing intense black cherry and plum flavors, supported by ripe tannins on the finish. An excellent addition to our Bernardus line-up!

Our 2021 Santa Lucia Highlands Pinot Noir exhibits all the characteristics that have demonstrated the superb quality of this special viticultural region. The aromas display bright ripe cherry, plum, strawberry aroma, along with subtle hints of French oak notes. The palate is very rich and expressive of intense red fruit flavors and spice notes supported by a long, silky finish. This is a wonderful example of the widely recognized quality of this unique growing region!

The color is a very light pale salmon. The aromas are classic with delicate scents of red berries accented by floral notes. On the palate, we find crisp, fruity flavors of raspberry, kiwi and lime which linger on the refreshing finish. Our Bernardus Rosé is the perfect summer beverage, as the alcohol is a low 12.6%. Our Marinus vineyard in upper Carmel Valley is planted with the five traditional red Bordeaux varietals. It is divided into small blocks per grape variety, exposure and soil type. Each block has its own unique terroir and is farmed and hand harvested at peak ripeness to maximize quality.

Our 2022 Arroyo Seco Pinot Noir exhibits a deep, garnet-red color. The gorgeous aromas exude spicy ripe berry scents. The palate is soft and full-bodied, with seductive dark berry flavors accented by subtle baking spice notes. The delicious finish is long and velvety. This is truly one of the finest Monterey County Pinot Noirs!

Our 2022 Rosella’s Chardonnay exhibits beautiful fruit forward aromas highlighted by rich toasted oak and caramel notes. The palate is intense, exhibiting ripe peach accented by tropical fruits. This wine is wonderfully balanced, it shows the richness and intensity of fruit grown in the Santa Lucia Highlands, while also having a nice long crisp finish to bring all the flavors into focus.
