If you would like to request event participation and or a donation, please submit your request by this form. We do ask that you submit all requests 2 months prior to the event. Our winery will review all donation request forms and select an event for donation. Due to the overwhelming amount of requests for donations this is the only way that we can oversee our donations and manage our inventory. If your event is not chosen, we may be able to offer wine at wholesale prices.
