Three cheers for this Sauvignon Blanc. It triangulates perfectly between the variety’s grassy, green apple character, richer, riper fig and peach flavors, and an oaky veneer. But it never loses sight of its crisp, cleansing and vital acidity.

Screw cap. Supple, and quite fruity in style, this is an excellent wine, tasting of ripe grape, peach, lime, and lemon grass. Very long finish.
